7 day Detoxification Fast

Is your goal to detoxify your body completely? This fast should be done three times a year. It will totally clean your body of toxins that slow your energy levels and cause it to be hard to lose weight. You can not help but lose weight on this fast but that is not its main goal.

What Should I expect from the Five day Water Fast? You should expect a dramatic increase in energy. You should also notice a 10 to 12 pound drop in weight.

What do I need to consider before fasting? You should always consult your doctor before changing your diet this dramaticly. You should make sure that you feel that you can complete the fast. Consider taking a good multi-vitamin 

Steps to 7 Day Detoxification Fast

1. You will need plenty of bottled water. You need to drink one gallon or more water a day. This is very important to flushing the toxins through your body.

2. A good anti-oxidant. Anti-oxidant help cells fight free radicals in your body. We recommend a few products below.

3. Start a good natural multi vitamin. Multi vitamins will feed your cells and help process the toxins through your body.

Recommended multi vitamins: Mega Multiple III (270 large tablets) ;Vita Vitamin Multi Vitamin Mineral 90 caps

4. Start your day with a glass of juice eight to ten ounces. Drink one glass of water. This will give you a good start to the day. You will want to have juices such as orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, and V8. These juices will give you good nutrients for your body to burn.

5. Drink four glasses of water before lunch time.

6. At lunch have a glass of juice and a glass of water or two.

7. Drink four to six glasses of water between now and dinner.

8. For dinner have a large glass of juice.
